Being in Montana doing the kind of work we do has the potential of feeling isolating. Coming into contact with Western States Center and CSTI really opened my eyes to all the amazing organizing happening around the west. Every year when I am feeling a bit tired, without fail CSTI reinvigorates and inspires me. I know I will come home with new ideas, tangible skills, and connections to other great people from whom I have so much to learn. Not only that, but through our work with the VOTE project I know our organization will have Western States’ support and problem-solving help all year long. How lucky we are to be a part of this great work of Western States!
